Peter is the Principal Director and founder of Guidelight Psychology and has been a registered practicing psychologist since 1989. Peter is an outstanding Senior Psychologist who has over two decades of professional experience in advising, coaching and guiding people with tools and strategies to improve their personal performance and well being.

He has an extensive background in the areas of stress, anxiety and depression, with an excellent knowledge of therapeutic issues and treatments that work.

This is coupled with Peter’s advanced interpersonal counselling and communication capabilities, enabling him to provide a high level of insight across a wide range of client issues.

Peter is an accomplished presenter and group facilitator, delivering leading edge one day workshops and seminars to groups of people on:

• Advanced personal assertiveness
• Interactive stress management skills

Peter has extensive experience in Psychology, in the public and private sectors. His psychological expertise is complemented by a solid understanding of business practices and appreciation of various workplace demands, structures and expectations.
