Wellbeing at Work
Wellbeing at Work is becoming a major focus for employers as they strive to reduce stress levels and improve mental health for their employees. Guidelight has recently introduced their Staff Health & Wellbeing lunchtime workshops providing staff with powerful tools from the fields of positive Psychology and Nutritional Health. Guidelight is pleased to be supporting National Psychology Week. As long established members of the Australian Psychological Society ( APS ) we are proud of the ( APS ) series of tips and video resources on stress, well-being and healthier lifestyles that we have selected as resources for people to easily peruse via a link on our website.
The APS Stress & Wellbeing surveys found that in 2014 'Workplace stress remains at a two-year high, with levels unchanged from last year, which is higher than in 2012 and 2011, with 45% of Australians reporting they are stressed at work'.
The APS Wellbeing at Work highlights the findings of their surveys conducted in 2012, 2013 & 2014 and we highly recommend you taking the time to read the document.
